Russell graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and then went on to Northeastern University where he earned a Master of Science in Taxation. He spent almost a decade servicing closely-held business clients with a large regional accounting firm before founding R.C. Stamm & Company in 2007. In 2019, R.C. Stamm & Company merged into Bruno P.C.. This merger provided Russell with additional resources of support so that he could further his commitment to quality for his clients.
Russell is a member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Russell lives in Dedham with his wife and three sons. He volunteers his time coaching hockey and can usually be found at a local ice rink coaching or playing hockey.
